The plant half carries equal weight: housewarmings, a new flat, a new desk, a leaving present are all closed with a house plant and the right container. Corporate work is a real line rather than a sideline \u2014 the business states that it supplies Premier League football, which in this city is a claim with plenty of local meaning.<\/p>\n<p>Weddings are taken, but in a deliberately narrow format the shop sets out plainly \u2014 bridal and bridesmaids&#8217; bouquets, buttonholes and loose flowers for dressing, on a collection-only basis. Venue dressing is not offered. Couples send a date, a palette and a list of what they need, and get a quote back. Staff will build a bouquet to order at the bench as well as sell what is already wrapped, and both branches stock on the same logic, so the choice between them is about which is closer.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"When_to_come_and_how_to_get_there\"><\/span>When to come and how to get there<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Didsbury is the leafy southern end of Manchester, an easy run out from the centre by tram or bus, and the shop sits on the village&#8217;s shopping stretch among the caf\u00e9s and independents; the sister branch beside the Deansgate Square towers is a stop on the way home for anyone working in the centre.<\/p>\n<p>Plan around the peaks. Valentine&#8217;s Day, Christmas and Mothering Sunday are the big three, and the British Mother&#8217;s Day moves each year and falls in March, so the eighth of March is an ordinary working day here.
